Here’s how to track your Oaknix order:
Step 1: Check Your Order Confirmation
After you place an order, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email. This email includes:
- Your Order Number
- A summary of the items you purchased
- Your selected payment and delivery method

- Click “My Account” at the top of the page
- Enter your login details
- Click on “Orders” in your account dashboard
You’ll see a list of your current and past orders along with their order status (e.g., Processing, Shipped, Completed).
Step 3: Track via GIG Logistics (for Shipped Orders)
When your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with:
- Your GIG Logistics Tracking Number
- A link to the GIG Logistics tracking portal
To track:
- Visit the GIG Logistics tracking page: GIG Logistics
- Enter your tracking number
- View the real-time location and delivery status of your package
Step 4: Watch for Delivery Updates
As your order moves through the delivery process, Oaknix and GIG Logistics will send you updates via:
- SMS
- Phone calls from the delivery agent when delivery is near
If your package is being held at the nearest GIG Logistics office, you’ll be notified so you can pick it up at your convenience.
Common Order Statuses Explained

🔄 Can I Track a Pay on Delivery Order?
Yes. All orders, including Pay on Delivery, receive tracking updates and a GIG Logistics tracking number once shipped.
