First Attempt at Delivery
When your order is ready for delivery, GIG Logistics will:
- Call or SMS you to confirm the delivery time.
- Attempt to deliver to the address you provided at checkout.
✅ Tip: Make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct in your Oaknix account to avoid issues.
What Happens If I’m Not Available?
If you miss the first delivery attempt:
✔️ The delivery agent may try to contact you by phone to arrange another delivery time.
✔️ A second delivery attempt may be scheduled, depending on your location and GIG Logistics policy.
✔️ If home delivery isn’t possible after these attempts, your package will be sent to the nearest GIG Logistics office in your state.
Picking Up at a GIG Logistics Office
If your order is sent to a GIG Logistics office:
✔️ You’ll receive a notification via SMS or call with the pickup location details.
✔️ Bring a valid ID and your tracking number or order details.
✔️ Pay (if using Pay on Delivery) and collect your package at your convenience.
✅ Note: Pay on Delivery is fully supported at GIG offices—you can pay by cash or POS when collecting.
Why Might My Order Go to a Pickup Point?
Your order might be held at the nearest GIG Logistics office if:
⭐ You missed multiple delivery attempts.
⭐ Your address is in an area where home delivery isn’t supported.
⭐ You prefer to collect it yourself for convenience.
This ensures you can always receive your order securely, even if you’re not home.
How to Avoid Missing Your Delivery
