How Do I Cancel or Modify an Order

We know plans can change. At Oaknix, we make it easy to cancel or modify your order—as long as it hasn’t already been processed for shipping.

Below is everything you need to know about changing or cancelling an Oaknix order:

Can I Cancel My Order?

✔️ Yes! You can request to cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet.
✔️ Once an order is processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

If you want to cancel your order:

1️⃣ Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
2️⃣ Provide these details to speed things up:

  • Your Order Number

  • The name or email used to place the order

Note: Orders marked Shipped or Completed in your Oaknix account cannot be cancelled.

Can I Modify My Order?

Yes! You can request changes before your order is shipped.

✅ Examples of changes you can request:
✔️ Change the shipping address
✔️ Add or remove items
✔️ Update your phone number
✔️ Change the payment method (if available)

How to request a modification:

  • Contact us immediately after placing the order using any of our support channels.

  • Provide your Order Number and the changes you want.

Important: If your order is already shipped, we can’t modify it.

What Happens After I Cancel?

✔️ If you paid online (card or transfer), we’ll process a refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.
✔️ Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
✔️ We’ll confirm your cancellation by email or SMS.

Pay on Delivery Orders: No payment is required if you cancel before shipping.

Can I Cancel a Pay on Delivery Order?

✔️ Yes—you can cancel a Pay on Delivery order any time before it ships.
✔️ If you change your mind after shipping has begun, please refuse the delivery when the agent arrives.

✅ Note: Repeated cancellations or refusals may affect your ability to use Pay on Delivery in the future.

Orders Already Shipped

If your order status is Shipped or Out for Delivery:

❌ We cannot cancel or modify it.
✅ You may still be eligible to request a return once you receive it.
