How to Request a Return
If you need to return an item:

Approved Returns Process
Once your return request is approved:
✔️ You’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back.
✔️ Returns may be dropped off at the nearest GIG Logistics office or picked up by our courier (where available).
✔️ You must ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
✅ Oaknix reserves the right to inspect returned items before issuing a refund or replacement.
Cost of Returns
✔️ If the return is our fault (e.g., wrong, defective, or damaged item):
- Oaknix covers the cost of return shipping.
✔️ If the return is for other reasons (e.g., change of mind):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refund may be reduced by the return shipping fee if arranged by Oaknix.
Refund Options
Once your return is received and approved, you can choose:
✅ Replacement: We’ll send you the correct or working item at no extra cost.
✅ Refund: We’ll return the amount you paid via:
- Bank transfer (for card/bank payments)
- Wallet credit (if you choose)
- Cancellation of Pay on Delivery balance (if unpaid)

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Return
❌ Items returned after 7 days of delivery without prior approval
❌ Used, damaged, or incomplete items (missing packaging/accessories)
❌ Items with no Oaknix proof of purchase
❌ Personalized or special-order items (unless defective)
❌ Software or downloadable products
Pay on Delivery Orders
✔️ For Pay on Delivery orders, you pay only when you receive the item.
✔️ If you refuse delivery because the item is wrong or visibly damaged, you owe nothing.
✔️ If you accept and later discover a defect, you can still request a return within 7 days under this policy.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:
✔️ Indicate this when contacting support.
✔️ We’ll arrange to ship you the correct or replacement item after your return is received and approved.
