1. SHIPPING POLICY (WITHIN NIGERIA)
1.1 Service Coverage
Oaknix delivers nationwide — across all 36 states and the FCT — including:
- Major cities (e.g., Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt)
- All Other Cities In Nigeria
1.2 Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed after 3 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
1.3 Delivery Time Estimates
Estimated time of item delivery is 1 to 7 working days with exclusion of public holidays. These are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, road conditions, logistics capacity, or festive seasons.
1.4 Delivery Fees
Delivery charges are automatically calculated during checkout. Orders from 500, 000 Naira and above are delivered for free (Free Delivery for orders above 500,000 Naira)

We work with reputable Nigerian logistics providers for smooth delivery:

1.6 Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can:
- Track your package via GIG Logistics Tracking
- Visit the “Track Order” page on Oaknix.com
- Click on item or order to get item delivery status
1.7 Pay on Delivery (POD)
- Pay on Delivery (POD) is available in select cities and is handled exclusively by GIG Logistics
- You may pay with POS upon delivery
- POD is subject to address verification and may not be available in remote areas
Oaknix reserves the right to reject POD requests for high-value or large-volume orders.
1.8 Failed Delivery & Pickup Option
If a home or office delivery fails after multiple attempts:
- Your package will be held at the nearest GIG Logistics office in your state of delivery
- You will receive an SMS with the address and instructions for collection
- You must collect your package within 5 business days to avoid return or cancellation
2. RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
2.1 Return Window
Returns are allowed within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
2.2 Reasons You Can Return an Item
- Item is defective or broken
- You received a wrong product or variation
- The item is missing parts
- The item is not as described
- You changed your mind (only if unused and sealed).
2.3 Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging, manuals, tags, and accessories
- Must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase
2.4 Items NOT Eligible for Return
- Personalized/custom products
- Items marked “Final Sale”

3 REFUND POLICY
3.1 Refund Options

- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Bank/payment gateway processing may take additional 2–5 business days
3.3 Refund Denials
We may deny a refund if:
- Returned item is used, damaged, or incomplete
- Return was made after the 7-day window
- Return wasn’t authorized
4. EXCHANGE POLICY
We allow exchanges for:
- Wrong sizes/variations
- Customer preference (unused products only)
